We are sorry to hear your overall experience was less than positive. Post our rebrand we've made updates to our service request flow to tailor to our users' needs in order to provide the best customer experience. Additionally, we extend uncapped commission to our sales representatives to allow them to secure unlimited earnings. Partnering with new service professionals and retaining existing ones through the use of our helpful services is of utmost importance to us. We take integrity seriously and have dedicated QA teams listen in on sales calls to ensure our high standards are met when discussing our product offerings to customers with their best interests in mind.
