Thanks for your time as an Angi team member and for leaving a review. Being all about talent and hiring well-rounded individuals across different backgrounds is a top priority for us and we're glad you made some amazing friends while here. We are sorry to hear your overall experience was less than positive. Post our rebrand we've made updates to our service request flow to tailor to our users' needs in order to provide the best customer experience. Additionally, we extend uncapped commission to our sales representatives to allow them to secure unlimited earnings. Partnering with new service professionals and retaining existing ones through the use of our helpful services is of utmost importance to us. We take integrity seriously and have dedicated QA teams listen in on sales calls to ensure our high standards are met when discussing our product offerings to customers with their best interests in mind. Team members with any concerns around these practices should reach out to their supervisor or myself directly. Managers extend opportunities for professional growth to their teams and want individuals to succeed wherever they see their next steps within the organization. If anyone has not had a discussion around growth plans with their manager we suggest doing so to ensure there's clear alignment on how best to move up in your career at Angi. Thank you again for your review and we wish you future success. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy

Pros

It’s work from home. Two 15 minute breaks and an hour lunch.

Cons

They are a very dishonest company. The hype up the job but in reality what you’ll be doing is spending all day calling random numbers in which about 95% of those people either won’t answer the phone or if they do, you will be hung up on within like two seconds. Not to mention the Angie reputation is so bad. It’s actually notoriously bad that even if you are able to get someone on the phone for more than a couple of minutes they’ll still end up hanging up just because of how bad Angie is. In my opinion Angie is a dishonest company selling a dishonest service because most of the leads they sell are fake and most of the leads they give their employees to call are also fake and if you don’t make these outrageous sales numbers you’re fired it’s a reason why the employee benefits don’t kick in until three months in because they know 95% of the people they hire won’t still be working there in three months because they will not hit the sales quotas. The only good thing about this job is its work from home really. And the hot leads they say they have 95% are fake or just someone who looked at a spam email. It’s actually comical how deceptive this company is.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback regarding our work-from-home flexibility, but we are concerned to hear your perspective on our lead quality, training expectations, and onboarding process. High-volume sales can be challenging, and we want our team members to feel equipped to succeed.
