Pros

Benefits are good, low cost

Cons

Micromanagement to the fullest! They’ve changed the commission structure more than 3x this year alone. You can make them $200k in deals and still not hit commission. The managers monitor your dials daily. Leadership has been sending out daily good/bad list emails. Managers often encourage to work weekends and evenings. PTO is a joke. If you take time off you won’t hit your metrics. It’s become a sweatshop. VERY high turn over.

We appreciate your time spent as an Angi team member and wish your experience was better. While we're encouraged you enjoyed our comprehensive benefits, we're sorry to learn you felt micro-managed during your time here. Goal setting is an important part of moving our business forward and all teams are provided goals that ladder up to our organization's broader strategic goals. We encourage team members to voice questions and concerns about goals to their direct supervisor so a discussion can be had around expectations and/or so additional tools can be allocated to help individuals meet their goals. We understand that any form of change whether large or small can be an adjustment and the updates made to our compensation structure has been with our business and team member's success in mind. We've seen many individuals lock in larger commissions than previous quarters and are optimistic this will be the case for many more as time progresses. Flexible PTO is offered to all full time team members and managers are encouraged to provide opportunities for their teams to take the necessary time they need to recharge. We recommend connecting with your manager prior to get ahead of any pressing work items so that individuals can fully unplug and enjoy their time off. We wish your experience here was better and appreciate your review. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy

Pros

After almost five years with Angi, I can honestly say I'm grateful every day that I get to put on my Angi jersey and be part of this incredible company. Recruiting isn't just my job—it's something I'm truly passionate about, and I love helping talented people find opportunities where they can grow and succeed. What makes Angi special isn't just the work we do; it's the people. I've been fortunate to work under outstanding leadership and have the best manager I could ask for. Their support, encouragement, and investment in my growth have played a huge role in my career, and I'm thankful for it every day. One of my favorite traditions is that every work anniversary, I receive a handwritten note from our leadership along with a small gift. It's a simple gesture, but it speaks volumes about the culture here. Those personal touches make employees feel valued, appreciated, and recognized—not just for what they do, but for who they are. Angi has given me opportunities to grow professionally while surrounding me with leaders who genuinely care about their people. I'm proud to be part of this team and excited about the future we're building together. If you're looking for a place where you can make an impact, continue growing, and be supported by exceptional leadership, I can't recommend Angi enough.

Cons

Pros

It’s work from home. Two 15 minute breaks and an hour lunch.

Cons

They are a very dishonest company. The hype up the job but in reality what you’ll be doing is spending all day calling random numbers in which about 95% of those people either won’t answer the phone or if they do, you will be hung up on within like two seconds. Not to mention the Angie reputation is so bad. It’s actually notoriously bad that even if you are able to get someone on the phone for more than a couple of minutes they’ll still end up hanging up just because of how bad Angie is. In my opinion Angie is a dishonest company selling a dishonest service because most of the leads they sell are fake and most of the leads they give their employees to call are also fake and if you don’t make these outrageous sales numbers you’re fired it’s a reason why the employee benefits don’t kick in until three months in because they know 95% of the people they hire won’t still be working there in three months because they will not hit the sales quotas. The only good thing about this job is its work from home really. And the hot leads they say they have 95% are fake or just someone who looked at a spam email. It’s actually comical how deceptive this company is.
