Bad leads with disconnected phone very often. Many don't answer because they were badgered or mistreated by an angi rep when they were interested. Many cannot make budget because no one answers the phone. They are scared or pissed off by being hounded so many time. Reps get hung up on very very frequently.
Reps are required to make over 100 calls a day which is easy but to have 2.5 hours of talk time, is almost imposssible when you cant get anyone to talk.
Required to split your sales with top reps who are already making big bucks,therefore cant make the budget or commissions. Your sales are financing top tiered reps, and forced to split your sales
Territory assigned is not really yours, it can be called even before you do, and if another rep sales it, you must split it.
Required to keep the customer on the phone till they hang up.
Way too many customer complaints about lead quality which leads to low retention, which is part of the pay. They dont tell you in job description but you are also supposed somehow keep the client signed up for at least 3 months, but they have a rep that is paid to ensure customer satisfaction. Not working very well and this person is responsible for your pay.
