The great parts about working for Angi such as their incredible benefits package and compensation were disregarded when the company went through it's most recent restructuring, laying off large sections of their most tenured leadership during the transition, leaving only the weaker leaders to support the brand through it's changes. It also feels like since the restructure the company no longer knows who is creating policy which had lead to a near weekly roll out of operational changes that make little sense when applied. The constant layoffs also make it difficult to see vertical growth potential.
