The company is small so you can have direct contact with the CEO who works tirelessly on your behalf to keep you working.
Cons
The company does not currently have a 401k match. This is the most disheartening thing on working here. Additionally because it's so small no tuition reimbursement but that is something I can live with.

Pros
Great family environment, CEO puts all employees on his list of priorities, great growth opportunities and easy to reach management.
Family feel. A very tight knit company. Freedom to find new ways to do things and branch out into other areas. There is always an opportunity to expand your skill set.
Cons
A growing company, so you have to be able to function on many levels and capacities. Workload can get very heavy at times, but others are always willing to assist.
