Pros

Scale- everything you has the potential to reach millions, if not billions, globally. You'll get to do high-level work: a network of agencies will do the grunt work for you.

Cons

It's like somebody asked a bunch of private equity / investment banker types to squeeze a company dry. Because top line revenues aren't improving, they improve profits by squeezing the bottom line, acquiring other breweries and not paying vendors on time. A very macho culture- you gain respect internally by shouting, beating your chest and swinging around. Top management speaks Spanish or Portuguese to each other so if you're not a Latino male don't expect to be part of the club. Face time in the office is expected. Brands are watered down and not classy. Agencies don't do good work because how can you when you are expected to appeal to all of America? There is a tense relationship due to late payments and agencies taking the blame for everything, so most creative revolves around "beer porn". Sound kind of like McDonald's? IT infrastructure is a joke- hello, Windows 98!

Pros

Great Benefits, Great Coworkers, Cafe at HQ

Cons

Position was eliminated following 10 years of dedicated service, with no transition placement or internal employment opportunities provided. I also don't believe the company knows or understands it's own culture.
