Gym room to work out + practice golf tee/basketball/foosball/skeeball, Subway restaurant + a LOT of vending options in the huge dining room with flat-screen t.v.'s for break time, lots of free beer for reaching safety goals + positive incident reports, pizza parties and bbq/catering occasionally, labor union community, professional management conduct; 10 guiding principles that entire warehouse abides by.
Cons
Can line machinery is very old/constantly faults/needs repairs; culture has become about saving every penny, stretching out every worker to work at times two lines at once; lack of accountability amongst many line workers; rarely any room for growth for non-management.
