      Pros

      Lots of responsibility with relatively little industry experience. If you know how to work the internal politics, you can get promoted quickly.

      Cons

      They struggle with Diversity and Inclusion. Internal politics leads them to reward people who aren't always the most effective. HR Team does not allow you to negotiate salaries.

      Free beer and decent salary

      Cons

      They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
