Pros
Tight labor market, people that have been let go or left are able to find employment elsewhere. Seems that companies are willing to hire people that worked for a #1 company. Maybe they realize its the people that make a company.
Cons
Continued cutbacks of salaried personnel and benefits. Would really be leary when union contract is up in a few years. Salary bands lowered and benefits cut to what is called the 50% market rate. Most of those I started with a few years ago are looking elsewhere. The demographics of the company(Anheuser-Busch Inbev) have very few people over 40, not a company that believes in keeping people.
