The culture of embracing change is something I strongly value in A-B. The innovative ways the company is striving and truly improving the world through the Sustainability efforts is inspiring. I'm proud to be working for a company that is leading the way to change, always putting safety and quality #1, and providing opportunities for employees to be an owner.
Cons
There is continuous change, collaboration required to drive results, and autonomy to perform your job. I personally like this type of culture but it may not be a fit for everyone.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.
They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
