tactics constantly shift from one year to the next. Company avoids doing the basics like tracking displays and taps in favor of whatever the latest hot tactic is being pushed by VPs (even though there is no data to support one way or the other).

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
