      Pros

      I absolutely adored my time as a tour guide. I loved my coworkers and getting to know new visitors everyday. My Leads worked well with my schedule, and always helped me when I had an issue. I got a good amount of exercise, and loved being in the atmosphere of the brewery.

      Cons

      This does not reflect on the company, but sometimes I got difficult guests. However, I learned a lot from those experiences.

      Free beer and decent salary

      Cons

      They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
