Pros

-You're making beer and beer is supposed to be fun! -Has access to emerging technology -Breweries located in cool locations to work

Cons

-Aging staff both salary and hourly that resist change -Many members of salary have worked at ABBEV their whole lives so they are blind to change/unwilling -Runs machinery to failure -Zone unable to clearly cascade initiatives to breweries due to them not being able to recognize blockages

Free beer and decent salary

Cons

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
