Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits are very good and you are pushed to excel very high in order to meet sales incentives. Very good resume builder and it allows you to learn sales in the toughest of environments.
Cons
Downsides... lack of company culture and teamwork. You are consistently on your own and expected to work more hours then a normal work week. Way to much work for the minimal pay. As a big company you would expect them to push you to advance but they don't. Big corporate name but hardly give back to their employees.
