Pros
I have been able to travel the world and take regional and global projects. Manage people remotely and be inspired by people
Cons
I have been working for four years to get a promotion. This year finally I got it with a 5% increased in salary. So the cons are that it doesn't matter how many projects I have managed, how many money I have saved with all the implementations I have done globally. They didn't think about their people that have done great things and saved millions to the company.
