Sr. Management strategies and budgets always seem to be driven by cutting people. Every year in Oct-Dec you just know that many people will be leaving the company in order to hit the targets for people costs and goals to reduce staffing. It's an annual event. No work life balance. Management expects employees to work unlimited hours. Management has no boundaries.
