Dynamic workplace, enthusiastic colleagues, challenging and interesting projects, compensation.
Cons
Too oriented on short-term, bureaucracy too cumbersome, culture perpetuates bad working habits (people do not know how to work properly and end up doing too many hours). Too many meetings. Too much corporate and management BS all over the place.
