Pros
Lots of independence which allows for the ability to generate multiple market strategies in order to increase AB product distribution within market. Great benefits including company car & gas card, 401K matching. Great work life balance
Cons
Often little guidance. Categorized into massive layoff even though personal numbers were atop of division. Speak a lot about growth - -very little, to no growth at all.
