Fully recommended especially for gen Y and Z population!!! AB InBev is beer company, and not just any beer company, it is the best and the biggest beer producer in the world. Every third beer consumed anywhere on this planet came from one its breweries! The center in Prague has an incredible varied mixture of different cultures, open-minds and opportunities. there are almost 600 employees and over a half of them are foreigners. There are around 30 different nationalities there. The whole experience is very eye-opening. ABI believes that the people being hired need to be significantly better than the ones already in the company. With this mindset the company is really going for pure talent, highly motivated people, bursting with energy. It is all very inspiring. In this kind of environment, you can´t keep people on some monotonous positions for too long, as they will naturally get bored and quit. However their own hunger for growth is enabling even their managers to move up, as they will have plenty of potential successors to choose from. Another great gain with this is that by constantly moving people around, the company is pushing its population way outside of their comfort zone and they stretch so hard that they become much more resilient. AB-InBev is that kind of a company which moves at a constant light speed pace. The center in Prague is constantly growing in size year by year. The opportunities are there, you just need to grab them.
