Cons
I can't say this for everyone, but from my perspective, it's a hard work life balance. AB has made improvements in the past few years, but you're still connected 24/7 to work. And if you're connected, your on-call. The bonuses have been minimal to non existent the past several years. You could achieve all of your own personal targets and still get no bonus since bonuses are tied to the company performance. I know this makes sense, but it's tough when you work hard to hit all your own targets and still receive no bonus. The bonus structure sounds very attractive to incoming talent, but when you realize that you rarely get a bonus (and you're promised a new and energized sales year.... Every. Single. Year.)... it gets old real fast.
