      Great opportunities to move up due to turnover; Great benefits; Free beer perk; iconic brands

      Cons

      Bonus compensation plan only paid 20% of full amount per year on average. Constant focus on reducing headcount while people are working 60+hrs/wk consistently. Constant turnover (resignations, terminations, promotions) makes it extremely difficult to establish team bonds and game changing results.
