Pros

- Working at a a multinational beverage company. - Learning new skills and knowledge at an accelerated pace. - Being exposed to different people from all cultures and backgrounds.

Cons

- Extremely low salary with many hidden clauses that are not stated when joining the company. They say that they will give a 25% increase every 6 months but this is not guaranteed. - This year alone, the company has hired over 200 graduates. There is not enough resources for everyone and it is oversaturated, yet they keep hiring more grads. - They use a rating/performance system to determine which individuals are underperforming and who are overachieving, This system does not ask how an individual performs in their role but rather how likeable the individual is. This therefore creates an environment where favouritism is rife. - Managers and senior staff members are afraid that graduates are coming in to take their jobs and therefore make the lives of graduates unbearable.
