-No work-life balance, people do schedule meetings any time of the day and expect no off-hours -Toxic workplace culture, do not expect any support from your team/colleagues/manager. ABI people are extremely unwilling to help. I got yelled at a lot for not knowing the business well as a newcomer. -Internal process is such a mess. Absolutely zero documentation. No internal knowledge sharing, no SOP, no system. Everything is manual. Feel like I'm back to the 90s when computer is still with Windows 98. -Have to put up with stupid yet aggressive salespeople.
