Business Outlook
Pros
Nice environment to work, people are very helpful and always make time to help. Great bonus paid annually and many good perks. Office is very nice! Leadership is very transparent with the teams.
Cons
HR team have room for improvement, informations are not clear to the employees sometimes. Salary is not the most competitive in the market. But the main point for improvement in my opinion is the lack of diversity! All the employees have the same background, coming from same universities/previous employees.
