- It's a very toxic culture. GCC doesn't have any budget so they are essentially poor. Some tower leads are very rude also. - GCC is like a service centre. They provide service to stakeholders abroad. So you have to keep them happy to get a good score - They give you old laptops. And after years of use, if you damage it slightly, they ask for the whole cost of new laptop. They don't consider depreciation, employee values, etc. So they are very poor essentially - They try not to promote people because they can't afford the higher salaries
