      Strong salaries for many positions. Some corporate employees receive favorable variable compensation plans. Good benefits (health insurance and 401(k))

      Cons

      Many layoffs throughout 2022 and 2023. Return to work handled very poorly post COVID. Many employees were hired remotely and were let go or forced to relocate. The business had a rough couple of years and many departments were downsized and business units were sold off.
