Pros
The working environment of the business is great. As much as everyone understand the weight of their job in the business, people don't take themselves too seriously as their competence already speaks for itself. The people are the best part of the company - highly collaborative, helpful, knowledgeable, and skillful. Good place to work - the salary could be better too.
Cons
Leadership doesn't seem cognizant of power dynamics due to the "flat" hierarchical company structure. They can be obtuse, personal, lack emotional intelligence and generally need to have more sensitivity for the employees.
