professional and courteous atmosphere while maintaining a small contractor family feel. if you want to grow with a company, this is the place. you are afforded every opportunity and resource to succeed. GREAT PEOPLE, I love my job and company.

Coworkers are amazing people. Stock and profit sharing opportunities. Money can be good if you’re willing to play the game.

Cons

The managers are toxic if you don’t feed their ego. HR is there for senior management, not you. High turnover with no care for people. Due to the high turnover, the office is regularly understaffed and any hinderances because of it are your own fault/struggle. There is no culture. Beware.
