Great employee owned company atmosphere. Quality people at all levels of the organization.
Cons
Very flat organization with very little opportunity to grow once you get above Project Manager. If you choose to leave for a better opportunity, they lash out and threaten you.

I am sorry to hear you have had anything other than an outstanding experience with our company. Being employee owned for over 70 years, means we are fanatical about our people and our culture. I would be very interested in talking to you. You can email me directly at speakup@anningjohnson.com
Coworkers are amazing people. Stock and profit sharing opportunities. Money can be good if you’re willing to play the game.
Cons
The managers are toxic if you don’t feed their ego. HR is there for senior management, not you. High turnover with no care for people. Due to the high turnover, the office is regularly understaffed and any hinderances because of it are your own fault/struggle. There is no culture. Beware.
