Very toxic environment, biases is real, dowg akn up and attent you when you menjilat the higher especially the principal and it's affect your KPI which is lead to your mark for permanent. Among therapist you need to be careful cause ada among them yg menjadi radio buruk kpd management and obviously their favorite laa. And the higher x suka org lebih dari kau, bla kau lebih ready utk jd sasaran..very toxic, kata boleh jd career growth tp org lebih pun rasa tercabar...what kind of attitude. 1st probation you don't get anything MC equal to UPL. You sakit nk mampus pikir byk kali cause you need to get the MC which is duit lg, and bila dpt MC duit gaji kne tolak lg for that day cause MC equal to UPL. That's mean 2 kali duit hilang. OT x d bayar... You need to come before 8am kononnye for preparing stuff, the session will start at 9am. And the session end at 6pm. But you need to submit the reports, videos and reminder for tomorrow session paling2 pkol 6.30pm paling cpt but now their system different every report kne check by AI, or principal with bunch of therapist, and every therapist have paling2 4 report to check... What time you guys nak balik. And OT x d bayar... Amal kebajikan je masa korg bg kat situ.... Contract can change anytime... And management xkan side or menangkan therapist if anything happen... Thinks for the bad.

Great interview and onboarding process. Great team morale Great leadership in my area- look to promote from within and willing to cross train lower levels

None to speak of. New to the company and understanding that different units and managers may have different experiences.
