The company truly believes in the open concept of team development and communication. There is potential growth since the environment is highly motivating and dedicated.
Cons
All departments of Sunnova do not practice one of the company's core values, which is synergy. This tends to lead to long decision times for projects and assignments. Being technical and tactical competent tends to be overlooked, due to egos and relationship. Middle management tend to feel threaten, by employee knowledge. Also, some departments micromanage, due to insecurity of the knowledge.
