Nothing, most interpreters are discouraged…. Only good thing is the employee’s hiring process, they don’t even care who they hire because they are in need of interpreters so badly due to many interpreters leave the job because of no payment…for new hires, they don’t do tests nor they investigate work experience, they just hire new ones and then, the cycle starts all over again….GO SOMEWHERE ELSE… DO NOT WORK FOR CULTURALINK.
