I have worked here for over a year, and my experience has been positive. This company provided me with an excellent opportunity to learn and showcase my skills. The manager is highly supportive and a great mentor. He has guided the team members effectively whenever anyone faced complex challenges in different projects. He also motivates the entire team to work dedicatedly to achieve deadlines and targets. The HR team is also good and supportive. However, I would suggest they ensure consistency in their commitments to employees. The management is cooperative and takes care of employee benefits on time. Although the salary date is the 15th of every month, there have been instances where salary processing was delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. However, they have always ensured that all employees are paid. Based on my experience, I would say this is a good company to work for.
