Proceed with caution - Anonymous Anonymous Employee Review

Disorganized and incompetent leadership. CEO is not qualified and has no experience for the position. Leadership are not honest with employees about critical functions of the business including but not limited to mergers and debt. This dysfunction trickles down to the lower level leaders. There is a lack of diversity within the company (all white males). At this time there is no financial steward and raises and bonuses promised are being retracted. The culture is centered on the customer with little regard for employee. Be very careful because this company will use you to get the sale and throw you under the bus when they can’t deliver.
