Be very careful on what you say to higher ups because if they do not like what they hear you are subject to lose your account with no notice. Communication is not the best when things need to get done on accounts that may be badly damaged and need immediate fixing. If you are a hard worker you will get taken advantage of overtime and it is very discouraging. They do micromanage a lot and will put you in a place of low pay at any time when they are not satisfied. There is rarely an explanation of what iis wrong or trying to make things right when things start to go down hill with managers as well as accounts.
