Pros

A job is a job, nonetheless.

Cons

Management does not know a thing about time management. There's no proper training done. They'll TRY to teach a thing or two but they're "so busy" (shopping on the computer or talking on the phone with their kids/significant other) that you'd have to learn everything on your own or by watching others. Not everyone is treated equally, if they like you (or you kiss their behinds) or are best friends, then you get the free pass on everything; missing quota, breaking company properties, constant personal phone use, constant breaks, constant destruction of client samples. And because of the workers who does nothing, others have to pick up extra workload and stay later, only to be FORCED to leave early on another day because overtime was frowned upon and thats the ONLY time that management will "talk" to you. Great work and dedication to the company doesn't mean anything, they will abuse your good nature and treat you like you mean nothing in the end. You will hear "I don't get paid enough to do that" very often and from every corners of the lab. Disputes in the lab takes about 6 months to 1 year to settle and resolve, so good luck waiting, you'll probably quit before its settled. Management will tell you what you want and make it seem like it's a big deal and they're doing you a favor because "it's better than nothing, you want to go this route". It's all a blame game over there, so cover your base at all time.
