Pros
I worked the day-shift in data entry and loved the people I was working with. Management would often step in when we had high volume ad process with us. The Lab Coordinator, Charles in the Orlando office is the definition of going above and beyond for customer service. He really cares about his work and made coming to work something to look forward to.
Cons
It is very repetitive/monotonous work. Night shift got lots of volume incentives, parties, and events while day shift was much smaller and didn't receive incentives. It is unfortunate that the only opportunity for advancement is by switching to the night shift.
