      A paycheck is about the only pro

      Cons

      There is zero work life balance, the more you give the more they take. They expect nonstop work, weekends after hours, always with no appreciation for it. It’s just expected.

      Competitive pay Friendly coworkers/ managers 1 hour paid break split into 30mins, 15mins and 15mins They give you plenty of time to learn in training

      A lot of typing which can lead to wrist injury
