      Okay benefits, on job training

      Cons

      They overwork and under for responsibilities. You don't leave until every sample is complete. 8 years for a promotion. 50 cent raises per year.

      Thank you for your review. We are constantly looking to improve both our Associate experience along with our Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, retirement programs, PTO, etc.) and we will use this review as an additional fuel to that fire going into 2023.
