Training, Antech training staff & management take hands on roles to give you the best possible training. My experience going from different departments even now is always met with support from management to supervisors to training . The staff as a whole truly friend and easy to work with, everyone is willing to help and play their role. Management is very informative & hands on with every department. No one is above the job at hand. Every part of the staff is truly playing their role to the common point making a difference In conclusion, I’ve been here two years and I can say I love and appreciate the opportunity I was granted. Like anything worth having in life it’s a struggle at first, but once you get pass the small things it’s truly a great place and location to work at.
Cons
Most Shifts Are overnight. My biggest issue is getting out of bed. Retaining staff on entry level positions Call out effecting productivity.
