Pros
I've had the opportunity to work in multiple labs, and the people in the company are always nice and easy to work with. It's also nice that the managers, supervisors, and leads at this lab, are also on the floor and working beside you. I know there are days that I feel overwhelmed and over worked, but they are always right there next to me doing the same work. They jump in and help any department when it's needed, and are often the ones filling in for the people that call out. The growth opportunities are wonderful and plentiful, but you do have to speak up and let management know what you want to do with your career. I have grown a lot because management has always been open and truthful with me. Even when the answers were not what I wanted to hear, they always helped me grow, and learn so that I may be right person for what I'm doing now.
Cons
The overtime and employee burn out is real. Training could use a revamping. It's usually by someone that's been there a little longer than you, and most of the time it's more along the lines of read this manual and just do it.
