      Pros

      I can truly say I enjoy going to work at Antech, the lab staff are all extremely friendly & helpful. Being new to veterinary health & out of a lab environment for a few years, I feel completely supported in my learning & development. While other companies seem extremely punitive & rigid, leadership at Antech goes out of their way to encourage & support my development as a laboratory professional & it makes the whole experience enjoyable.

      Cons

      The volume coming through the lab can make things chaotic at times, but that’s understandable & expected. A whole lot of work is a good problem!

      Good work environment with opportunity for growth if you pursue it.

      Cons

      Pay is low, but expected in an entry level role, and benefits are good which make up for it.

      Pros

      Competitive pay Friendly coworkers/ managers 1 hour paid break split into 30mins, 15mins and 15mins They give you plenty of time to learn in training

      Cons

      A lot of typing which can lead to wrist injury
