      The senior leadership team is making this company a better place to be each day and is highly focused on culture and associate experience. The HR team is creating an Associate Value Proposition that focuses on all aspects of the associate experience, including pay and benefits, development and overall culture. This is a company that is focused on making all aspects of the associate journey better, from start to end.

      Cons

      Variability in leadership - most associates will have a wonderful experience here, but some may not depending on their leader. This is true of all companies.

      Competitive pay Friendly coworkers/ managers 1 hour paid break split into 30mins, 15mins and 15mins They give you plenty of time to learn in training

      Cons

      A lot of typing which can lead to wrist injury
