Not enough work to get full hours most time you get max 5-6 hr daily. Lead and management have their picks if you are a total yes man. Even though you get a raise for production you won’t see it because hour are cut. Upper management will come and brag about how they are expanding but your hours are constantly declining meaning your pay in hours is declining. Makes it seem like they are open to problem solving but will send you on a wild goose chase on who to talk to so problems don’t get solved.
