Pros
Decent benis, OT available, 4% match on retirement. Some people are pretty cool but for me personally I just go there to work. I’m not looking to make friends but if it happens then God bless. They also sometimes offer lunch for free when performance is good they have extracurricular activities, which is pretty good for morale. It can be challenging at first, but if you like science, then you’ll probably pick up on it quick it’s really just verification and pouring out of serum or urine into tubes With some possible data entry as well.
Cons
Sometimes there can be a lack of accountability for instance, someone is given a task and they will just go home without completing that task, leaving it for others to complete unfortunately, some people are not straightforward when it comes to issues they have with you and instead go to management looking to get their colleagues in trouble so that sucks.
