If there was more of an opportunity at the time for me to transition into a full time job, I would have done it. Unfortunately I had yet to graduate and by then I had pretty much lost contact with my superiors.

Good Salaries and respect for individuals. Mobility is a great market to be in. Major opportunity for growth if they could fix the technology.

Poor product vision killed the company. Too many changes in direction and architecture created a lack of consistency across products and features. Not sure it can be fixed.
