Pros
Not many. Good marketing, although they oversell.
Cons
Lack direction and are unable to act. They paint a good marketing picture, but their products don't match what they sell. They also tend to very reactionary, which results in an inability to take advantage of market opportunities. They sell their image as a magic quadrant leader, but I doubt the research would really justify this position.
