Good Salaries and respect for individuals. Mobility is a great market to be in. Major opportunity for growth if they could fix the technology.

Cons

Poor product vision killed the company. Too many changes in direction and architecture created a lack of consistency across products and features. Not sure it can be fixed.

Very inspiring leadership staff. If you are looking to jump into the mobile app world or the ocean that is mobility, this is the place to start.

Cons

If there was more of an opportunity at the time for me to transition into a full time job, I would have done it. Unfortunately I had yet to graduate and by then I had pretty much lost contact with my superiors.
