Extremely low pay not aligned with the market rate, and others are treated unfairly when it comes to pay and support.
Turnover: People come fast and leave faster due to extremely poor leadership and toxic work environment. Leadership will shift work to current employees, regardless if they have experience in the task or if they have too much work and pile on the work from previous employees who leave.
Chaos: the CEO has created a dysfunctional team dynamic and contributed to the toxic work place. With the new CEO not having prior experience running a health center, it has contributed to the fast decline of the organization.
Prepare to be treated unfairly, especially if you are not apart of the clique.
If you bring up any issues you will be targeted by top leaders and deemed problematic. They will pretend to care, however, they have no intentions on correcting the many issues. Listen to current and former employees, they have first hand experience.
