Cons

Outside looking in you think it’s a stable company. Once you get in, it’s so intensely dysfunctional it’s outrageous.Ill leave the dirty laundry to not air here but def don’t recommend.

Some good co workers, you all bonded over work trauma from management

Cons

Terrible place. Family business so they wont get rid of the problem (since it’s family). Unless you’re in the brainwash circle nothing will go how they say it will. They lie about anything to get you to agree to do more work and don’t follow through with their end of the deal
